The treatment process begins with a thorough assessment of your body’s condition, using various tests and questions to evaluate the muscles, joints, and nervous system.
I take a holistic approach, considering not just symptoms but the bigger picture of your overall health and movement patterns. Based on your specific injury or imbalance, I apply a combination of targeted techniques tailored to your body’s unique needs, helping to restore function, alleviate pain, and promote long-term well-being.
Here below are some of the technics I use in my practice.

Kiropraktik
Chiropractic care is a holistic, evidence-based approach to health that focuses on the spine, nervous system, and musculoskeletal system. It is founded on the principle that proper alignment of the body—especially the spine—plays a key role in overall health and function. When the body is well-aligned, the nervous system can communicate effectively, movement is more efficient, and pain and dysfunction are minimized.
Chiropractic care is used to assess, treat, and prevent issues related to movement and posture, such as back pain, neck pain, joint discomfort, headaches, and muscle tension. It is also an effective tool for improving mobility, optimizing performance, and supporting long-term well-being.

Dry-Needling
Dry needling is an effective technique for relieving pain and addressing muscle dysfunction. Unlike acupuncture, which is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, dry needling is a treatment focused on the neuromuscular system and is based on muscle-related pain and dysfunction.
During treatment, I identify trigger points (muscle knots) and use a fine needle to stimulate a muscular and neurological response. This helps release tension, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. The treatment is always preceded by a brief assessment to ensure a precise and targeted approach tailored to your needs.

Cupping
Cupping is a traditional treatment method that uses suction cups to create negative pressure, targeting the fascia, muscles, and underlying tissues. With the help of oil, the cups glide over the skin while gently lifting it, promoting circulation of blood, lymphatic fluid, and other tissue fluids. This increased blood flow helps flush out toxins and metabolic waste from the connective tissue.
Cupping can effectively relieve muscle pain and tension, and in cases of injury, it may also support and accelerate the healing process. In my practice, cupping therapy can be integrated with dry needling or chiropractic treatment for a more comprehensive approach to pain relief and recovery.

DNS
Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) is a specialized approach to assessing and treating musculoskeletal issues by addressing underlying motor control and stabilization patterns in the body. It emphasizes the importance of proper movement mechanics and core stabilization to enhance overall function and reduce pain and dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system.
By retraining the body’s natural movement patterns and improving core stability, DNS helps restore balance, coordination, and strength, making it a valuable tool for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
-
Pilates
Pilates is a holistic training method for both body and mind, designed to build strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Developed by Joseph Pilates, it emphasizes controlled movements, precise alignment, and breathwork to create a deep connection between movement and stability.
More than just exercise, Pilates is a pathway to improved health and well-being. By focusing on core strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, it helps cultivate a more balanced, resilient, and energized body—enhancing both movement and everyday life.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful tool for athletes, optimizing oxygen efficiency, enhancing endurance, and accelerating recovery. By training the breath, you can improve lung capacity, regulate the nervous system, and increase mental focus—key factors in athletic performance.
Proper breathing techniques help stabilize the core, improve movement efficiency, and reduce the risk of injury. Controlled breathwork also aids in faster recovery by reducing muscle tension, improving circulation, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. Whether you're looking to boost stamina, enhance strength, or manage performance anxiety, breathwork is an essential practice for unlocking your full athletic potential.
